The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from 777bup or any other gambling platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 777bup and its affiliated entities; (d) persons who have been permanently banned from the Platform.
2.4 Verification. 777bup may require you to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) to verify your identity, age, and address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777bup Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 777bup is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify 777bup immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 777bup will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777bup customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may be subject to review prior to closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777bup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 777bup Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777bup does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency of any kind.
4.3 Deposit Conditions. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 777bup reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment account in your registered name. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. 777bup reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
4.5 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. 777bup is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Note on Prohibited Payment Methods: 777bup does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine financial regulations. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 777bup may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 777bup reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Promotional Changes. 777bup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in effect.
5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. 6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 777bup customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 777bup's determination of game results, based on server-side records, is final and binding.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bup Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:
7.2 777bup cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 777bup is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications.

10.2 777bup's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 777bup does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777bup's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 777bup collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 777bup implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 777bup cannot guarantee absolute data security.
